Data literacy is the moat. Not creative, not hacks.

The marketers who read their own numbers, check them at detail level and correct in near real time are the ones who do not burn money. I run growth that way.

My job: help growth teams spend on numbers they can trust.

What grew, with the source under each number.

Shopify analytics for the flagship store. Sales up 74%, orders up 57%, conversion rate 4.14%, up 23%. Revenue and order counts hidden.

Experience

Apr 2026 to now

Growth and Performance Marketing Consultant

Independent

A four-channel paid launch for a Saudi boutique fitness group, and Meta click-to-message campaigns for Moon Time Dental Clinic in Egypt.

Show detailsHide details
  • Moon Time Dental Clinic, Egypt, Apr 2026 to now. Cut cost per inquiry by about 55% against the account's earlier campaigns, across 14,330 WhatsApp and Messenger conversations, by testing UGC video against offer statics.
  • Saudi boutique fitness group, 10 Riyadh branches, Apr to Jun 2026. Gave the group one set of numbers across Google, Meta, TikTok and Snap: server-side tracking (GTM on Stape, Meta CAPI, Enhanced Conversions, TikTok and Snap APIs), built so each sale counts once.
  • Checked it live, not just installed: Meta, TikTok and Snapchat conversions firing server-side on the client's site.
  • Wrote the Q2 paid media strategy, then took them from no paid media to 18 live campaigns on four platforms in seven weeks: Google 7 (215 Arabic and English keywords), Meta 6, TikTok 3, Snap 2.
  • Found a gap the client could use: none of six local competitors ran Conversions API on TikTok or Snap.

Marketing Leader (title confidential)

An international beauty company, 50+ employees

I decided where the marketing budget went across Europe, the Middle East and North America, and led the fully remote team that ran it.

Show detailsHide details
  • Ran the marketing function remotely: a cross-functional team across design, PR, digital, analytics and operations, plus the budget and channel calls across three regions.
  • Built and scaled 15+ Shopify stores in Europe and the US. The flagship grew sales 74% year over year, with conversion up 23% to 4.14% and orders up 57%.
  • A EUR store grew sales 41% with conversion up 25% to 3.48% while sessions fell 10%. On another store, about 53% of sales were attributed to marketing, up 20%.
  • Built the Klaviyo email flows. Email converted at 13.39% in a 30-day window, ahead of Google Search at 11.59%.
  • Grew engagement across a 130-distributor network in 80+ countries by 42%, through campaign and lifecycle work.
  • Owned the company's international industry events end to end, including the ads behind them. The largest drew 180+ participants from 45 countries. Event messaging campaigns brought in 1,175 conversations at about $0.34 each.
  • Built the marketing tech stack from scratch (Shopify, GA4, GTM, Meta CAPI, server-side tracking) so budget calls ran on one set of numbers, and automated reporting with n8n, Make and ManyChat.
  • Built GoHighLevel sites with their funnels, forms and CRM automations.

How I run growth.

  1. Evidence over adjectives. Every decision carries a number, a date and a source.
  2. Read the numbers yourself. A platform's report is a claim, not a fact.
  3. Decide and move. Test it, report it, and say so when it failed.
  4. Useful over pretty. If the team cannot act on a report, it is filler.
  5. Say it clearly. The people I work with should never have to guess what I need or why.

Work

International store portfolio.

15+ Shopify stores across Europe and the US for a confidential beauty company. I built the Klaviyo flows and the marketing tech stack from scratch: GoHighLevel sites plus n8n, Make and ManyChat automations.

Shopify channel cards for one store over 30 days. Google Search: 295 orders at 11.59% conversion. Klaviyo: 71 orders at 13.39% conversion. Order values hidden.
One store, last 30 days. Klaviyo email against Google Search, by conversion rate. Order values hidden. Shopify analytics.

A four-channel launch in Saudi Arabia.

For a boutique fitness group, 18 campaigns: 7 on Google with 215 Arabic and English keywords, 6 on Meta including Advantage+ Shopping, 3 on TikTok, 2 on Snap. I built the measurement layer before the spend went live. None of 6 local competitors sent server-side data to TikTok or Snap, so this client's campaigns had signal its rivals did not.

Google Tag Assistant list of tags fired: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and Snapchat tags, several sent server-side through Stape.
Tags firing in a live debug session on the client's site, Meta through Stape server-side. Store name and IDs removed. April 2026.

A store audit tool I built.

Node and Playwright. It checks which ad and analytics tags a Shopify store fires. I ran it on 35 US stores in June 2026. Every one was making budget calls on incomplete data.
